We were thrilled to partner with Green Bench Brewing Co. for their premier Tampa Bay Beer Week event, Foeder for Thought. This celebration of fermentation-forward beers highlighted Belgian-style saisons, farmhouse ales, and Belgian-style sour beers, offering guests a deep dive into these unique styles.
For the first time, the event featured curated food pairings; we added a delightful culinary layer to the beer experience. Guests enjoyed a thoughtfully crafted menu by LOKO Cuisine and Pastry Chef Aliza Vega. Each dish was expertly paired with a beer from esteemed guest breweries, including American Solera, Barrique Brewing and Blending, Fair Isle Brewing, Monday Night Brewing, and Sapwood Cellars Brewery.
